 Frequently Asked Questions 

  •  Can I combine multiple orders? 

    Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to combine shipments when possible.

  •  Are 3D printed items dishwasher safe? 

    We recommend hand washing all tumblers with 3D printed products to preserve their appearance and longevity. Neither epoxy nor 3d prints are dishwasher safe due to the heat

  •  What if my order arrives damaged? 

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.



  •  Why does my 3D printed item have visible lines? 

    Layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. They are a characteristic of how 3D printed products are made. We Suggest priming all 3d prints with a coat of spray paint to help fil in these layer lines.

3D Undercover was born in August 2023 with a simple goal: to bring the world of 3D tumblers to ALL crafters — including those who can’t sculpt, like myself, and those who simply don’t want to! 😍

My goal then, and it will always be my goal, is to create products that help artists take their creations to the next level while having FUN with their craft! ✨

Since then, we’ve grown so much! What started with 3D tumbler accessories has grown into a massive collection of glitter, UVDTFs, metallic UVDTFs, and so much more! 💎✨

But honestly, the BEST part of this job is seeing what YOU create! 🥹❤️ There is nothing better than watching our products become part of your beautiful, creative projects.
