Commercial license for stl files in the Netherlands

COMMERCIAL LICENSE – NETHERLANDS

This listing is for a commercial license to sell physical 3D-printed products made from 3D Undercover STL files within the Netherlands only.

By purchasing this commercial license, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive commercial license subject to the following terms:

🇳🇱 APPROVED SALES LOCATION

This license is ONLY valid for the sale of physical 3D-printed products within the Netherlands.

You may sell physical prints made from the licensed 3D Undercover STL files only to customers located within the Netherlands.

🚫 NO SALES OR DISTRIBUTION OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS

This license does NOT authorize you to:

• Sell physical prints outside of the Netherlands.
• Ship or distribute physical prints to customers outside of the Netherlands.
• Supply, wholesale, or distribute our designs or printed products to businesses located outside of the Netherlands.
• Sell through distributors, retailers, or third parties located outside of the Netherlands.
• Transfer or extend this license to another country, person, business, or entity.
• Claim, resell, or distribute the STL files themselves.

Any sale, shipment, distribution, or other commercial use of licensed designs outside of the Netherlands will be considered a violation of this license and will result in immediate revocation of the commercial license.

🖨️ PHYSICAL PRINTS ONLY

This license permits commercial sales of physical 3D-printed products created using the licensed 3D Undercover STL files.

The STL files themselves may never be sold, shared, gifted, uploaded, redistributed, sublicensed, or transferred to another person or business.

🎨 DESIGN OWNERSHIP

All designs and STL files remain the intellectual property of 3D Undercover.

Purchasing this commercial license does not transfer ownership of the designs or STL files.

You may not claim our designs as your own, recreate our designs for the purpose of selling them as your own work, or represent our designs as being designed by you.

🔒 LICENSE REVOCATION

3D Undercover reserves the right to revoke this commercial license if the terms of this agreement are violated.

Upon revocation, you must immediately stop producing and selling physical products made from the licensed files.

No refunds will be issued for a license that is revoked due to a violation of these terms.

🌎 EXPANDING YOUR LICENSE

If you would like permission to sell physical prints in countries outside of the Netherlands, a separate written commercial license must be obtained from 3D Undercover before making any sales or shipments outside the Netherlands.

By purchasing this license, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.

3D Undercover retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.
